Brian Davis is a Research Fellow and Adjunct Lecturer at the Insight NUI Galway Centre for Data Analytics and leader of the Knowledge Discovery Unit (KDU). He is currently coordinator and PI of  Horizon 2020 ICT Programme Project SSIX: Social Sentiment analysis financial IndeXes (2015-2018). He has over 5 years of industry RTD project management and collaboration experience and is currently project leader and co-PI of an industry co-funded project with Science Foundation Ireland (SFI).
