Data and Tools
The training and the development data are the same as for SemEval-2013 task 2:
- training (=trial)
- development -- can be used for training as well
We also provide as test-time development the test sets from SemEval-2013 task 2:
- development-test: (i) Twitter and (ii) SMS messages (CANNOT be used for training!)
You need a download script to obtain the data from Twitter:
- (OLD) 2013 download script
- (NEW) download script + index checker (please, use this!)
We furter provide scorers:
- development scorer (same as in SemEval-2013 task 2)
- final test scorer (to score the SemEval-2014 Task 9 final submissions)
Finally, here is the test dataset:
- testing set (combines five testsets: Twitter-2013, SMS-2013, Twitter-2014, Twitter-sarcasm-2014 and LiveJournal-2014)
